Here was my primary method. I built a list of sub-affiliates, which is explained below. I sent about 20,000 visitors to a landing page similar to this one. It explained the program and gave a link for people to sign up. However, my sale appears to be from a lead who signed up through one of the lead capture pages.
Thus, you really want to promote both the lead capture pages that offer the various products plus the page that is used to sign up sub-affiliates.

Then, consistently promote these pages to get as many leads (subscribers) as you can to opt into their system. Their follow-up autoresponders and broadcasts do the selling for you.
